Nokia Lumia 920 With Pureview, includes 4.5 inch Display

Other details on the handset are not available, but leaked images of the Lumia 820 also surfaced today — previously known as the Arrow. We expect both devices to be unveiled at a special event with Microsoft in New York next week, where we’ll learn all the official details of Nokia’s new Windows Phone 8 handsets.

BY 2016 Windows Phone Will Move Ahead Of Apple’s iPhone

According to a recent IDC Report, the Windows Phones will gain space to compete against Apple iOS and will becomes Second running OS on Smartphones in 2016. While the Android will remain at the top spot. The  researchers claims that Windows Phone will gain market share over the five-year period despite its slow start. Windows Phone will be the one of the top choice of the consumers in 2016 making Nokia top smartphone maker beside Samsung. Apple will loose its share in market due to lack of new users.

now coming onto which states that iPhone’s worldwide market share will drop from from 20.5% in 2012 to 19%. Meanwhile, Windows Phone’s share will slightly jump from 5.2% in 2012 to 19.2% in 2016, due to continued growth by 12.7% over the next five-year period Apple’s shipment will increase but it will continue to decline its market share. Similar story is for BlackBerry smartphones which will grow by nearly 11% over the next five years, though its market share will decline slightly from 6% to 5.9% in 2016, IDC said.

IDC said [quote]BlackBerry’s market share will barely decline because many customers in emerging markets want affordable messaging devices.[/quote]

IDC also states that Android will be at its peak in 2012 with 61% users globally and then after it will start declining to about 52.9% in 2016 but it will take time to fully decline to its lowest. Today most of Android devices are manufactured by Samsung, HTC, Motorola and LG and this trend will continue in 2016. There’s also increase of estimated 39% in smartphone shipments making it to 686 Milllion shipments across the year 2012. Windows Market is also emerging and we are waiting for Windows next operating system for mobiles which is suggested to be Windows 8 Mobile.
